Bundan 13 gün önce metin2 oyun hesabımla herzaman oldugu gibi nesne marketin den alısveriş yaparken,oyun kapandı ve daha da giremedim oyun hesabıma.Hemen engellenmenin ardın dan oyun yöneticilerin den email geldi ve şöle yazıyordu; ''11 subat saat 22:10 da 24,99euro tutarın da başarılı bir şekilde alışveriş yaptınız,ancak biz chargeback aldık ve hesabını yasakladık.Destek icin gameforge e basvurun.''
Gameforge'ye bende basvurdum ve bana ödenmemiş 11 subat günü 24,99 borcunuz var,ödemeleri yaptıgınız da hesabınız otamatik olarak acılacaktır.
Bende paypal haesabıma girdim ve sag ust kösede acık vakaları görüntüle kısmında parantez icinde (1) yazıyordu ve girip baktıgım da ''Resolution Center'' da 11 subat 24.99 euro gösteriyordu ve ''Resolution Center – Case Reversal Details'' girdigimde cözümlenmek icin karsı dan yanıt bekliyor yazıyordu.Ama 1 hafta sonra acık vakaları görütüle dedgim de o vaka görüntülenmüyordu,yani cözülmüş gibi görünüyordu ama cözümlenmemiş ki oyun hesabım halan engelli.Bende bir sekilde tarzanca falan paypala mail yolladım;sizin yüzünüz den oyun hesabım engellendi ve giremiyorum biran önce bu sorunu cözün diye,onlarda bana mail yollamıslar o maili size buraya kopyalıyorum arkadaslar;
