hesabım neden kapatıldı ki :s anlamıyorum hiçbir dispute v.s problem yoktu.

bu aşamadan sonra açılma ihtimali yok mu bu hesabın sizce ?

firmalara günlük ödemeler yapıyorum paypal ile aynı isimle diğer banka kredi kartımla business değilde premier hesap açsam bir problem olur mu ?

To add your Turkish bank account to your PayPal account:

1. Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account.
2. Click "Profile" at the top of the page.
3. Click the "Bank Accounts" link in the Financial Information column.
If you have already added a bank account, click the "Add" button.
4. Enter your first name exactly as it appears on your bank statement,
(for Personal/Premier accounts only).
5. Enter the name of the bank.
6. Enter the four digit bank code.
7. Enter the five digit branch code.
8. Enter and re-enter your account number, up to 16 characters, as the
bank requires it for electronic funds transfers.
· Check directly with your bank's customer service if your have any
questions.
· Turkish bank accounts must be denominated in Turkish New Lira
only, because the currency is converted prior to being received by the
bank.
· A Turkish bank account denominated in U.S. Dollars should not be
added as that would result in a failed transfer.
9. Click "Continue."
10. Review your information and then click "Add Bank Account." (Click
"Edit" to make any changes.)

If you've a scanner or digital camera, you can upload the photo ID and
creditcardstatement to PayPal:

To upload files, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account.
2. Click "Resolution Center" at the top of the page.
3. Click "Resolve" next to the transaction.
4. Click "Resolve Complaint."
5. Select "The buyer has already been refunded and I can provide proof
of the previous refund," and click "Continue."
6. Select the way the refund was issued, and click "Continue."
7. Select "Upload files, and click "Continue."
8. To upload your documentation, and click "Browse."
9. Select the file you want to attach.
10. Click "Open."
11. Click "Attach this File." Information about your file appears under
the Attachments box.
12. Repeat as many times as required, up to a total file size of
5000kb.
13. Click "Send Files to PayPal" to submit.
Here's more information about uploading files and documents to PayPal:

· Give the file a recognizable name.
· The name should include no more than 3 numbers.
· You can provide a description of the file you are sending, up to 100
characters.
· Information that you upload appears in the Attachments box. You can
preview the file or delete it from there.
· You can attach multiple files, up to a total file size of 5000kb,
using these file formats: gif, jpg, png, or tif.

Aynı soruna sahibim ve bu mail gelmişti bana, burayı okuduktan sonra son kart ekstremi gelen bu maile cevap olarak uygun bir dille "işte istediğiniz ekstre" deyip ekleyerek yolladım, sizce sorun çözülecek mi? Ya da yeterli midir?

Yolladığım dosyayı açamadıklarını belirttiler bende bugun ekstremin çıktısını alıp faxladım. Ama gelen birşey yok henüz mail olarak, son durum budur.
